Kristina Scott is both the Founder & Principal Designer of The Settled Nomads Collective Design Firm operating out of her hometown of Tucson, AZ. As a full-time Realtor for almost a decade, Kristina knew that her knack to see beyond walls, paint colors, and bad flooring was a skillset that she could pass on to her clients and almost immediately her design portfolio began to grow.
Her passion for design was something she developed as a young child, but rather launched a career in broadcast journalism. After a few (long) years in the media business, Kristina decided to move to Vancouver, BC, where she eventually pursued a career in real estate. In 2016, Kristina, her husband, daughter and two dogs, decided to move back to the desert to further their real estate pursuits. Shortly after arriving, her love for design ignited all over again.

The entire brand behind The Settled Nomads Collective is to invoke the true meaning of home by blending fresh, modern design without erasing the charm, character and love from already existing homes. Our intentional design experience begins with our team finding clients a home with the best bones, and then creating the space of their dreams. When it’s time to move in, our clients will truly feel completely settled.
