The Settled Nomads Collective is a full-service design firm specializing in helping clients purchase + redesign their dream homes, large-scale renovations and interiors. We’re currently servicing clients around Southern Arizona.

Kristina Scott is the Founder & Principal Designer of The Settled Nomads Collective Design Firm & team leader of the Settled Nomads Collective Real Estate Team. Kristina understands perhaps better than most, the value of investing in your home and how not to overdesign. Our goal is to work alongside clients who appreciate original design and charm, while trusting in our process and aesthetic. We are actively seeking like minded clients who are ready to reimagine their space.

We’ve created a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. But it’s also fun to order off the menu. If you don’t see something that fits your needs below, contact us. 

Our real estate & design team will walk you through a home purchase and comprehensive design plan. Think… great bones, poor design. Or complete overhaul. We’ll work with you to create a distinctive look, tailored to your family’s needs and personality, or a flip that will start a bidding war. This is best suited for a design budget of $150,000 or greater. Purchase price minimum is not required.

the overhaul

A construction-focused redesign of one or more rooms within your existing home. This is ideal for clients who have no plans of moving, but need help in maximizing the true potential of their current home. Minimum construction budget is $50,000.

the spruce-up

Do you know how to be your own project manager, but are terrible at picking out which light goes where? Then The Basic is what you seek. This is our least interactive design plan, but offers a great starting point. This plan includes one initial meeting to visualize the space with one of our designers, followed by four starting point designs including fixtures, colors and textures - you handle the rest.
